PsyCare+ is a platform that facilitates connections between users and independent healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using PsyCare+, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

For Users Seeking Providers

You may browse our directory without creating an account. Certain features may require registration with accurate and complete information.

For Healthcare Providers

Providers who register for our marketing or management services agree to:

• Provide accurate professional credentials and licensing information
• Maintain current and valid professional licenses
• Keep profile information accurate and up-to-date
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

5. Provider Services and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Provider marketing services are offered through monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic monthly billing until cancellation

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Service Modifications

PsyCare+ reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, features, and pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

• Endorse any particular provider
• Take responsibility for provider-patient relationships

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PsyCare+, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PsyCare+ or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PsyCare+ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PsyCare+ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
