2. What Messages Include

By opting in to PsyCare+ text messages, you may receive SMS communications related to:

Account setup instructions and onboarding information
Directory listing reminders and profile updates
Marketing campaign updates and performance notifications
Billing and payment notifications
Platform announcements and service updates

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically 2–4 messages per month. The actual number of messages you receive may vary depending on your account activity and notification preferences.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from PsyCare+ by:

Creating a PsyCare+ provider account and providing your mobile phone number during registration
Adding or updating your mobile phone number in your account settings
Texting the PsyCare+ number directly

By providing your mobile phone number to PsyCare+, you consent to receive automated text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any PsyCare+ text message at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS communications.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from PsyCare+ unless you opt in again.
