Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy. Here's how to request deletion of your data associated with PsyCare+ and our Facebook integration.
What Data We Collect via Facebook
When you use Facebook Login with PsyCare+, we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook. We use this solely to personalize your experience and communicate with you about our services.
We do not access your Facebook friends list, posts, photos, or any other private content.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request that we delete all data associated with your Facebook login by following these steps:
- Send an email to privacy@psycareplus.com with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Facebook account so we can locate your data.
- Our team will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed from our systems.
Note: You can also remove PsyCare+ from your Facebook account at any time by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and removing PsyCare+. This will revoke our access to your Facebook data going forward.
What Happens After Deletion
Once we process your request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:
• Your Facebook-linked profile information (name, email, profile photo)
• Any session or login tokens associated with your Facebook account
• Preferences or settings tied to your Facebook login
Please note that deleting your Facebook-linked data does not delete any separate PsyCare+ account you may have created independently. To delete a standalone PsyCare+ account, please contact us at privacy@psycareplus.com.
